4th ODI between India and Srilanka today!
The 4th ODI between India and Srilanka which was to be held on 26th August 2008 was postponed due to heavy rains. The match will be played on the reserve day today at 1430 Hrs IST.
The series is interestingly poised and Srilankans will be looking to level the series. However, the weather forecast for today is also expected to be cloudy with a humidity of 79%. We hope to have a full overs match and to see India take away the series.
IPL Rocked by Sehwag
A breath-stopping innings by Sehwag was demolished the moral of Deccan Chargers. Viru was simply superb with his scintillating batting performance. After a triple century against the protease in the test series, Sehwag has come on his own and proved again that he is the most devastating batsman of modern cricket.
Sehwag was no mercy to the bowlers and hit a 41 ball unbeaten 96 which included 10 boundaries and 6 sixes. Earlier Rohit Sharma held the fort for Decan Chargers by hitting 66 runs of 36 balls.
If Sehwag continues this form then, Delhi Daredevils won’t be too far from snatching the first IPL championship trophy.
Indian Cheerleaders for IPL?

There was a news that flashed about IPL cheer leaders. Apparently, it was pretty disappointing to see that they were all firangs (foreigners). It would be exciting to see some Indian Cheerleaders.
Actually IPL can invite people to own Cheerleaders for each teams. May be then we might have Neha Dhupia and Amrita Arora, dancing (still dancing) to the tunes and cheering their respective teams. I am not saying don’t have any firangs in there. All I am saying is get a good mix.
We have an employment crisis and still we have cheerleaders from foreign countries. I think there is a need for the Indian government and parties like CPI to raise this issue in parliament and get some Indian cheerleaders in there.
And do you think Dada will not be happy to see some Indian cheerleaders supporting him and his team (of course not off the field).
